Litchfield resident and butter sculptor Gerry Kulzer poses with Princess Kay of the Milky Way, Rachel Visser of Hutchinson, in the dairy booth at the Minnesota State Fair. Kulzer spent two days sculpting Visser’s likeness out of a 90-pound block of butter. He’s sculpting butter portraits of the eight other Princess Kay finalists through the remaining days of the fair, as well.
