On Nov. 5, I am asking the residents of Hutchinson to re-elect me to the Hutchinson City Council.

• All letters endorsing a candidate or opposing a candidate, letters about candidates, and letters that urge people to vote for a particular candidate or a certain way on a ballot question, will be published as a Paid Election Letter. A charge of $30 will be required for all Paid Election Letters and must be paid prior to publication of the letter.

Hutchinson Police Services responded to the following incidents: Sept. 21: Hutchinson Police responded to a report of a property damage/ hit-and-run crash in the 1300 block of Jefferson Street Southeast.
