Dorothy Verona Gunderson, 96, died December 17 at her home at Emmaus Place in Litchfield. A funeral service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield on Friday, December 27 2024, at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield. The service will be live streamed at www. johnsonhagglund.com.

LDC Hockey Day planned for Jan. 4
Hockey will have its day Saturday, Jan. 4, in Litchfield. The annual Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato Hockey Day includes, yes, a bunch of hockey to be played. But other activities â and food â are also planned for the day, which runs from 11 a.m. with the puck dropping for the first game, through the end of the fourth game of the day.
