LHS celebrates students in athletics, activities

Cindra Kamphoff, a sports psychologist from Mankato, offered a message of always believing in oneself to student athletes at Activities Awards Night last week. Kamphoff works with athletes, business leaders, business leaders and teams including the Minnesota Vikings, Verizon Wireless, Target and Northwestern Mutual to help them master mental strategies to gain a high-performance edge.
